Some dress plainly, simple,
Only wearing what’s essential,
Like a haiku.
Some dress to tell a story,
All rhyming love and death so gory,
Like a ballad.
Some dress quite elaborately,
With panache and grand pomposity,
Like a sonnet.
Some dress with intent to mock,
Exposing fashion for a load of crock,
Like a parody.
Some dress in total liberty,
Unconcerned with conventionality,
Like free verse.
I wear clothes a size too small,
With socks bright green or not at all,
And floppy pants with room to crawl-
So what on earth am I?
